What is Ticketmaster's Account Manager?
How is Account Manager different from a regular Ticketmaster account?
While a standard Ticketmaster account lets you purchase and manage tickets across various events and venues, Account Manager is tailored for specific venues or teams. Even if you have a general Ticketmaster account, you may need to create a separate Account Manager account for certain venues or teams.
How do I create an Account Manager account?
To create an Account Manager account:
- Visit the specific Account Manager page for Cerritos Center.
- Click on "Sign In" and then select "Sign Up."
- Enter your details, including email, password, and personal information.
- Complete any verification steps, such as two-factor authentication.
How do I log into Account Manager?
You can log in using your existing Ticketmaster credentials. Alternatively, if you are an existing Cerritos ticket holder, you can simply click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions. New to Ticketmaster and Cerritos? Click "Sign Up" and follow the instructions.
Can I merge or combine my Ticketmaster accounts?
Currently, Ticketmaster does not offer the option to merge multiple accounts. It's recommended to use a single account for all your ticketing needs to avoid any confusion.
How do I reset my Account Manager password?
- Click on "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
How can I update my personal information in Account Manager?
To update your details:
- Log into your Account Manager.
- Navigate to "My Account" or "Profile."
- Edit your personal information, such as address or payment methods.
- Save the changes.
How do I transfer tickets to someone else using Account Manager?
To transfer tickets:
- Log into your Account Manager.
- Select the event and tickets you want to transfer.
- Click on "Transfer" and enter the recipient's details.
- Confirm the transfer.
Does the person I transfer tickets to need an account in Account Manager?
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process.
Is two-factor authentication available for Account Manager?
Yes, two-factor authentication is available to enhance account security. You can set it up using your email and mobile phone number during account creation or in your account settings.

MOBILE TICKETING
How do I access tickets on my smartphone?
- Visit the Cerritos Center Events Page
- Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner
- Once logged in, select "My Events" in the upper left corner
- There, you will find your tickets for all Cerritos Center events. Select the event you're attending to view your tickets.
Do tickets need to already be printed to view them in Account Manager via a mobile device?
Connectivity may be intermittent at the theater. We encourage you to view your tickets on your mobile device and add them to your Apple Wallet before heading to the show. For Android users, add them to your Google Pay.
Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. We recommend saving your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving to Cerritos Center.
What if I cannot see my tickets?
If you are logged into your Cerritos Center account on Account Manager and still do not see your tickets, please contact the Box Office at 562-916-8500.
Why won’t my ticket barcode scan?
That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, ticketing staff will be available to assist.
Copies of barcodes presented through third-party applications, screenshots or print outs will not be accepted.
When should I download my ticket?
We recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes, however, it’s much easier to transfer the individual ticket to each attendee.
Can I still request to pick up my tickets at Will Call?
Yes, simply choose “Will Call” as your delivery method at checkout.
What if my phone breaks, dies, or is stolen/lost before I arrive?
Simply come to the Box Office, and we will assist you.
Does the person I transfer the tickets to need a Cerritos Center account?
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they can create one in the acceptance process.
No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.
