Ticketing Policies

The Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) is a proud partner of Ticketmaster, which powers the CCPA Box Office ticketing system. Please contact the CCPA Box Office for assistance with ticketing and policies regarding Account Manager and sales completed directly through the CCPA Box Office. All ticket sales completed through Ticketmaster are final and subject to Ticketmaster policies. Ticket Delivery Method

Tickets for performances will be delivered electronically or available for pickup at the CCPA Box Office no later than 48 hours prior to the performance. If you would like a physical ticket or would like to schedule an alternative date, please contact the box office at 562-916-8500 for support. 

Refunds

Ticketmaster Purchases 

All ticket sales completed through Ticketmaster are final and subject to Ticketmaster policies. For additional support on Ticketmaster purchases, please contact Ticketmaster’s Help Center for support. 

Account Manager and Box Office Purchases 

All ticket sales completed through Account Manager and the CCPA Box Office are final. If you are unable to attend an event, unused tickets may be donated to the CCPA prior to the performance as a tax-deductible contribution to the CCPA Endowment Fund. There are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is canceled, and refunds shall only be made to the original purchaser and by the original method of payment. No refunds will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date. 

Ticketing Fees

CCPA may assess nominal service charges (fees) above the face value of a ticket depending on the performance, payment method, and ticket type (e.g. physical ticket). These fees directly offset the cost of facility operations and help maintain the first-class CCPA experience for all patrons. All fees are disclosed during the purchase process before an order is complete online, on the phone, or at the CCPA Box Office window. 

Upgrades

Seat upgrades are subject to availability on a case by case basis. Only tickets purchased via Account Manager or directly from the CCPA Box Office could be considered for an upgrade while Ticketmaster Sales are subject to Ticketmaster’s Policies. 

Upgrades are for CCPA presented performances only, and other performances as noted, and must be completed by the original purchaser. Additional fees may apply if an upgrade is approved. Please contact the CCPA Box Office for more information and upgrade eligibility.

Lost Tickets

Ticket reprints will be available on the date of the event only. Please allow extra time during your visit to the Box Office for assistance. Patrons must have their photo ID and form of payment for tickets to be reprinted. There is a charge for replacing lost tickets. Please contact the CCPA Box Office for more information and assistance. 

Tickets for Children

Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat.

Online Ticket Brokers, Third Party Ticket Resellers, and Fraudulent Purchases

Patrons are encouraged to double check the ticket seller! Tickets to all performances presented by the CCPA are available through the official CCPA website, Ticketmaster, Accounts Manager, and the CCPA Box Office at 562-916-8500. CCPA is not responsible for sales and purchases made outside of its direct control, such as those made by or from unauthorized ticket brokers and resellers. 

CCPA reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent to protect both patrons and the venue. Suspicious orders may be canceled and refunded. Patrons with questions can contact the CCPA Box Office. 

Wheelchair Accessible Seating

Limited wheelchair accessible and companion seats are available for all performances at the CCPA.

Group Sales

For groups of 20 or more, call the CCPA Box Office at 562-916-8500 to request a discount. Discounts are available for many, but not all performances.
